Workshop promotes STEM education for young children in Vietnam

As more and more kindergartens and early childhood educators in Vietnam embrace STEM learning for young children, in July 2019, the Hanoi-based STEAMe Garten, a KidsOnline’s partner kindergarten system, is organizing workshops to help Vietnamese parents build a STEM learning environment at home for their children.

STEM learning can be fun. Contrary to many parents’ belief, it is not difficult to familiarize young children with STEM concepts and ideas, as they have a natural and innate curiosity about the world around them. Simply by allowing them to explore, investigate and ask questions, parents are already engaging them in STEM education.
