VIETNAM’S POPULAR CHILDREN’S BOOK APP UMBALENA
NOW AVAILABLE ON KIDSONLINE

In May this year, KidsOnline collaborates with Umbalena to release a new Reading feature right on App KidsOnline which lets parents and children accumulate knowledge during the pandemic and beyond.

Umbalena, the most popular online bookstore is home to 1,000 books for young children in Vietnamese and English languages. Stories on the app feature attractive content, eye-catching images, expressive voices and engaging questions that provokes curiosity and a sense of exploration. 

Umbalena helps to develop creativity and imagination in children to improve their abstract thinking and problem-solving skills” – says Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang, co-founder of the app. 

What’s more, with support from the UNICEF-sponsored project ‘Piloting AR, VR technology in 2 levels of education in Vietnam’, Umbalena just released 10 free-access AR-enabled books that delivers wonders of augmented realities to the readers on smart phone. Watch the experience here.

Starting May 2021, Umbalena is available on KidsOnline app, for parents and children to discover at home during family time together. KidsOnline app users enjoy 40 free-to-read book titles, among which 10 are AR-enabled, with more to come in the coming months.
